Miniature accessory sets: 220-350 yen (no tracking)
We will ship within 5 business days after order confirmation.
■Overseas
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country.
We ship by Small package (registered mail) or EMS.
※For the peace of mind of our customers, we provide a tracking number and use a tracking service.
※Small packaged is the least expensive shipping method. We only ship to countries with tracking service.
※We cannot ship to countries we do not handle.
Wool felt works will be shipped within 5 business days after order confirmation.
■Cancellation and Returns after Ordering
●We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges after shipment for the customer's convenience.
●We will accept returns if the product is damaged or stained due to a shipping accident, or if the delivered product is different from what was ordered, or if the product is missing or dirty.
■Returns and redeliveries after the storage period has expired
Please note that if the storage period at the distribution center is exceeded, the merchandise will be returned to our store.
