■作品とお取り扱い・お手入れについて
羊毛のお手入れ：摩擦などで毛羽立ちが生じた場合は、無理に引っ張らずに飛び出た毛をハサミで優しくカットしてください。
色落ち・色移り：一部にイラストペンを使用しています。水濡れや擦れにより色落ち・色移りする場合がございますのでご注意ください。
ハンドメイド品：既製品のような強度はございません。手作りならではの風合いをお楽しみいただき、お取り扱いには十分ご注意ください。
■送料・配送方法について
●国内配送（Domestic）
送料：890円〜
※作品のサイズやお届け先地域によって異なります。
●海外配送（International）
制作にお時間をいただくオーダーメイド作品は、**EMS（国際スピード郵便）**にて当店より直接発送いたします。
(※代行サービス「want.jp」からはご注文いただけませんのでご注意ください)
送料：お届け先の国・地域によって異なります。
配送：全便追跡番号付きで発送いたします。
※EMSのサービス対象外の国・地域への発送はお受けできません。あらかじめご了承ください。
■キャンセル・返品・その他の規約
・お客様都合のキャンセル：発送後のお客様都合によるキャンセル・返品・交換はお受けできません。
・初期不良・配送事故：万が一、到着時に破損・汚損や商品の誤り・不足がございましたら、商品到着後すぐにご連絡ください。返品・交換の対応をさせていただきます。
・関税・輸入税：商品代金・送料に関税等は含まれておりません。発生した場合はお客様（買主様）のご負担となり、現地税関より回収されます。
・保管期限切れ・再発送：保管期間超過や関税未払いで当店へ返送された場合、再発送の送料はお客様負担となります。
・配送遅延：配送業者や税関の混雑によるお届けの遅延につきましては責任を負いかねます。
・クーリング・オフ：当店の通信販売にはクーリング・オフ制度は適用されません。

■Item Care & Handling
Wool Care: Due to the nature of wool, friction may cause fuzziness. Do not pull on the fibers. If loose fibers get caught or stick out, please trim them gently with small scissors.
Color Bleeding / Transfer: Certain details are drawn using art pens. Colors may bleed or transfer due to moisture or friction. Please keep the item dry.
Handmade Quality: As these are handmade items, they are not as durable as factory-made goods. We appreciate your gentle handling and hope you enjoy their unique, handmade character!
■Shipping & Delivery
●Domestic Shipping (Japan)
Shipping Fee: From 890 JPY
(Varies depending on the size of the item and destination region.)
●International Shipping
Custom-made items require extra handling time and will be shipped directly via EMS (Express Mail Service).
(※Please note: Orders via the proxy service "want.jp" are NOT accepted for custom items.)
Shipping Fee: Varies depending on the destination country.
Tracking: All international shipments include a tracking number.
We cannot ship to countries or regions where EMS service is unavailable.
■Cancellations, Returns & Policies
・ Customer Convenience: We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges after the item has been shipped.
・ Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, stained, or with incorrect/missing items, please contact us immediately upon arrival. We will arrange a replacement or return.
・ Customs, Taxes & Fees: Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and will be collected by your local customs office.
・ Unclaimed Packages / Reshipment: If a package is returned to us due to an expired retention period or unpaid customs fees, the buyer will be responsible for the reshipment shipping costs.
・Delivery Delays: We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs clearance or courier delays.
・Cooling-off Period: Please note that the cooling-off period rule does not apply to mail-order sales.
